Zeekr sought a scalable community management partner to connect with consumers across its European markets. With expansion underway in Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, and soon Greece, Zeekr required consistent community management support. 

Goal.

Zeekr aims to position itself as a cutting-edge EV brand, known for technology, design, and premium driving experience. The goal is to support Zeekr’s European expansion and strengthen its market presence. At the same time, the focus is on building positive sentiment and stimulating word-of-mouth.

Approach.

We provide always-on community management in all native target languages, including evening and weekend coverage from 8–10 PM for fast, high-quality responses. This includes daily moderation of conversations, proactive management of potential escalations, and amplification of user-generated content on social channels, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.
