Notino, one of Europe’s largest retailers for perfumes and cosmetics, wanted to raise awareness in the Italian market. The question: How can we bring Notino’s advanced technology to life through influencers in a way that resonates with Italian consumers?

The campaign needed to spotlight innovative mobile app features like virtual try-ons, personalized shopping experiences, and seamless navigation while introducing Notino’s brand positioning: “Today is yours. Feel good!”

ENTERING THE ITALIAN BEAUTY MARKET WITH INFLUENCER MARKETING

We translated Notino’s briefing for the Italian market into a concept for an organic influencer campaign on Instagram and TikTok. Our team selected 13 creators who matched Notino’s values and had strong, trusted relationships with beauty-focused audiences in Italy. We specifically chose influencers who could create high-quality content about app features and who showed strong engagement on Instagram or TikTok. Each creator shared relatable, authentic stories that made using the Notino app and website feel effortless, fun, and personal.

RESULTS

The campaign delivered exceptional performance, far exceeding expectations with 7.8 million organic impressions, nearly double the initial forecast. With a strong 5.8% engagement rate and a network of 13 influencers, this creator-led launch proved the power of authentic, localized content in building brand awareness in a new market.
