Hair University: Where expertise meets influence


The ambition of the program was to:
Educate creators on hair health, common problems, and product solutions
Strengthen the connection between influencers, salons, and haircare brands
Help creators make more impactful, credible content
Provide salon experiences and elevate content creation through platform training
Create genuine, long-term brand love

Our Approach

We developed Hair University as a multi-day event series in a true campus vibe for 50+ creators. The influencers were a mix of Benelux loyal brand ambassadors and new talent.

The Curriculum covered the full spectrum of what it takes to become a true Hairfluencer:

– Insight into the science behind hair, haircare and ingredients
– Salon experiences with professional stylists
– Advanced content training powered by TikTok and Meta
– A graduation session to celebrate their growth and creativity

Everything was built around real product interaction, platform performance, and personal branding.

The Experience

The sessions were energizing and community-driven. Influencers connected with each other, collaborated on content, and grew alongside the brands. From 1:1 salon consultations to trend talks and brand challenges, the program created a sense of belonging, inspiration, and impact. Of course, it wouldn’t be a university without custom Hair University goodies, content kits, and unforgettable brand moments to make the program even more memorable.
