Scooperz launches the Creator Academy and expands talent roster with 14 creators
Scooperz is adding 14 creators to its talent roster and introducing the Scooperz Creator Academy, an exclusive development program within Scooperz Talent Management.
The Creator Academy builds on the way we already work with talent. Alongside campaign support, partnerships and commercial growth, the program gives creators a structured space to sharpen their position, strengthen their content and build towards a more sustainable creator business.
The Creator Academy is developed for a curated group of creators within the Scooperz roster. The program combines talent management, content and strategy support, brand and platform insights, sessions with experienced creators and progress reviews.
The Class of ’26 brings together 14 creators across different disciplines and platforms. Each of them is building their place in the creator economy in their own way, with a focus on stronger brand value, communities, sharper content formats and professional commercial partnerships.
“The creator economy is becoming more mature every year. In order to build a successful career, creators need to understand how to build a brand and community, how platforms move, how partnerships work and how to stay relevant over time,” says Esther Goos, CEO at Scooperz. “With the Creator Academy, we give creators the knowledge, guidance and environment to grow professionally.”
The program consists of six modules. Across these modules, creators work on platform selection, recurring formats, storytelling, watch time and engagement, brand safety, commercial positioning, reputation, entrepreneurship, social commerce, affiliate models and building their own IP.
The Academy is developed and guided by Scooperz experts in influencer marketing, social media marketing and talent management. Guest creators, and speakers from platforms and brands will be included in the program.
The Creator Academy adds a clear development layer to our exclusive talent management. It helps creators move beyond content creation and build as creator businesses, with a roster that is sharper, more consistent and better prepared for long-term brand partnerships.
