We’re looking for someone to manage and expand our Lifestyle & Beauty creator roster—from rising stars to established names.
Your day-to-day
Manage a roster of 10+ creators, helping them scale their careers and business opportunities.
Negotiate brand deals, partnerships, and long-term collaborations that drive impact.
Build tailored career strategies—helping creators grow, monetize, and elevate their presence.
Act as the business backbone of their career—handling contracts, deals, and financial opportunities.
Spot new talent and expand the roster with creators who fit the Scooperz DNA.
Stay ahead of trends—you know what brands are looking for and where the creator economy is heading.
About you
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, talent management, or campaign execution
A strong network in the creator scene—you know the key players
Sharp negotiation skills—you secure the best deals while keeping creators and brands happy
A hands-on attitude—you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy agency environment
A passion for the lifestyle and beauty space—you understand what moves these industries
Fluency in Dutch and English is required
Deep knowledge of the Dutch or Belgian market
This role is based in Breda or Amsterdam, with flexibility to work across both locations.
