Are you a hands-on B2B marketer ready to make more impact? We’re looking for someone with experience in content-driven B2B marketing who’s excited to join an agency environment where creativity, speed, and ambition come together. In this role, you help drive Scooperz’ next phase of growth: from a leading name in the Benelux to a globally recognized agency.
You’ll work across content, SEO, lead nurturing and distribution to make sure the right brands find their way to us.
What you'll do
Build and manage lead generation funnels using strong content, landing pages, email automation and smart downloads (HubSpot is a big plus).
Keep our website up-to-date, optimized, and aligned with our growth goals together with our website partner.
Coordinate SEO, social ad promotion and organic distribution—making sure great content gets seen.
Turn our work into B2B content that converts: case studies, trend reports, client stories.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team and our client services teams to connect and amplify campaigns.
Track performance, test what works, and continuously improve our approach.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably at an agency or fast-growing company.
Skilled in SEO, content distribution, lead nurturing and campaign coordination.
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing tools.
Clear communicator, fast executor, and someone who enjoys working in a scale up environment.
Fluent in English is a must with a good understanding of Dutch or French.
Based in the Netherlands, with a valid EU work permit. Living near Breda is preferred as this role is mainly based at our HQ in Breda, where most of the marketing team is located.
