Are you looking for a graduation internship where you conduct independent research into current financial issues within a fast-growing and creative company? Scooperz is looking for a Finance graduation intern starting from September 1, 2025!

As a graduation intern, you’ll have the opportunity to research topics that truly matter within our organization, with plenty of room to develop your own vision and recommendations. No coffee runs — you’ll be working on real impact.
🔍 Possible Research Topics
We have several relevant and current topics you can dive into. A few examples:
🌱 CSRD & ESG Reporting
Research the impact of the new European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) on Scooperz. When are we required to report, and what is needed for successful ESG reporting implementation?
📊 Financial Reporting Needs
Based on previous research, an advisory report has been drawn up to improve internal financial reporting. Your task? Further develop, optimize it, and investigate which tools and reporting frequency best suit our organization.
💸 Invoice Process Optimization
How can we improve and partially automate our invoicing workflow? Research how to set up an approval process and which systems or AI tools can support us.
📈 Project Margin Analysis
Help us set up a structural analysis of project margins based on time tracking and other variables. An interesting question with direct value for how we manage projects.
Who are you?
You’re pursuing an HBO (Bachelor’s) or WO (University-level) degree in Finance or a related field;
Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken (fluency in English is also important due to our international clients).
You are inquisitive, independent, and communicative;
You are available from September 1, 2025;
You are looking for a graduation internship (not a work placement).
